The Golf Spot LLC Rules and Guidelines
The following procedures are in place to ensure members and guests have a safe, enjoyable experience at The Golf Spot LLC.
Tee Time required
24 hours cancellation time preferred. Please call ahead if you need to change your tee time.
Athletic shoes, sandals, or soft spike golf shoes preferred. NO METAL Spikes or Hard Cleats (like black widows).
Balls CANNOT HAVE ANY SHARPIE on them, it will damage the screens.
Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. No swinging clubs outside of the swinging area for your safety. Play safe.
Please make sure club faces are clean before play.
Guests acknowledge The Golf Spot LLC may be under video surveillance. Tampering with camera system(s) or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to The Golf Spot LLC.
Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
Food and Drink
Keep food and drinks at the provided tables and off of hitting mats.
Beverages brought to the facility may be stored in our fridge.
Only one person in hitting area at a time.
Before you swing any club, check your surroundings (monitor, other players etc.) to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.
Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.
Your shot must be directed forward.
Swinging should always take place on hitting area of the mat.
Practice swings must be done on hitting area of the mat.
Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.
Report any accidents immediately.
Balls hit behind screen are considered a lost ball.
Balls hit through a wall should be reported immediately.
Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation. Damage caused by a failure to follow these guidelines may result in financial loss and responsibility.

Can I Bring Outside Food?
Yes and No. TGS will offer snacks and beverage inside the facility. You may bring in small snacks like chips, pretzels, or candy. If additional food is desired, we have local food partners that will deliver food to you on site during your play time!
Terms of Service
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your locality. You must not act to harm the site, through intervention with any servers, viruses, known or unknown methods of electronic transmission. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor the site for changes to Terms and Services.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or price, without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 19 - CREDIT CARD STORAGE
When entering credit card information with The Golf Spot LLC all information will be stored through our secure partner Authorize.net. Stored credit card information will be used for further booking and recurring billing (memberships, packages, etc.). The Golf Spot LLC also reserves the right to charge customers if any of the agreed upon rules or policies are broken and must result in financial compensation. SECTION 20 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 21 - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
After booking your reservation you can cancel at anytime. If the cancelation happens more than 24 hours before your scheduled session you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation you will receive no refund. Refunds can be issued directly through our scheduling portal or by contacting us directly as long as it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. After the refund is approved, expect to receive your funds in 2-5 business days. Packages expire 90 days after purchase. After purchasing a package there are no refunds. League play is paid up front based on the length of each week. There are no refunds for leagues after the payment and commitment is made and no make ups if a customer misses a week. League members can find subs if they're unable to make a week and anyone who subs doesn't have to pay but must be a registered member of The Golf Spot LLC. Private events must be canceled at minimum 48 hours before the event. Catering options will not be solidified before 48 hours of the private event to avoid any late cancelations. No refunds for memberships and customers can be canceled at anytime.
SECTION 22 - BOOKING POLICY
Payment must be processed in order to reserve a simulator bay at The Golf Spot LLC. Simulator reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance. Online reservations must be booked at minimum 12 hours before the session. To reserve a simulator within 12 hours of the scheduled session, please call The Golf Spot LLC for availability.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted and stored. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
