The Golf Spot LLC Rules and Guidelines

The following procedures are in place to ensure members and guests have a safe, enjoyable experience at The Golf Spot LLC.

 

Scheduling

• Tee Time required

• 24 hours cancellation time preferred. Please call ahead if you need to change your tee time.

Equipment

• Athletic shoes, sandals, or soft spike golf shoes preferred.  NO METAL Spikes or Hard Cleats (like black widows).

• Balls CANNOT HAVE ANY SHARPIE on them, it will damage the screens. 

• Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators.  No swinging clubs outside of the swinging area for your safety. Play safe.

• Please make sure club faces are clean before play. 

Surveillance​

• Guests acknowledge The Golf Spot LLC may be under video surveillance.  Tampering with camera system(s) or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to The Golf Spot LLC. 

• Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Food and Drink

• Keep food and drinks at the provided tables and off of hitting mats.

• Beverages brought to the facility may be stored in our fridge. 

Safety Precautions​

• Only one person in hitting area at a time.

• Before you swing any club, check your surroundings (monitor, other players etc.) to ensure no one or obstacle is within your range of swing.

• Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.

• Your shot must be directed forward.

• Swinging should always take place on hitting area of the mat.

• Practice swings must be done on hitting area of the mat.

• Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s range of swing.

• Report any accidents immediately.

• Balls hit behind screen are considered a lost ball.

• Balls hit through a wall should be reported immediately.

 Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation. Damage caused by a failure to follow these guidelines may result in financial loss and responsibility.
